WHAT ARE TECHNICAL PRECONDITIONS FOR USING SMARTHALK MBANK?

You need a mobile device with internet access with one of the following operating systems:

  • Android (minimum version 6.0 or newer version)
  • iOS (minimum version 10 or newer version)

HOW CAN I BECOME A USER OF SMARTHALK MBANK?

To become a user of SmartHALK mBank, you need to fill in a request (application form) in the nearest Halkbank branch or sub-branch.

Upon the request being processed by the Bank, you need to install Halkbank SmartHALK mBank application on your mobile device and activate the service.

HOW SHALL I INSTALL SMARTHALK MBANK ON MY MOBILE DEVICE?

The application can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store by entering SmartHALK in search. When the requested application appears in the search result, please select and click the option Install.

HOW SHALL I ACTIVATE MY SMARTHALK MBANK ACCOUNT?

After installing the application, you activate it by entering the username and password you use to access the SmartHALK eBank application, after which you will determine the PIN for further use of the SmartHALK mBank application.

Can I change my PIN?

After you access the application, you have possibility to change your PIN.


Can I pay all my bills or only some of them via Mobile banking?

You can use Mobile banking to pay all your bills regardless of the beneficiary. With this service you can access your current account seven days a week, 24 hours a day.


I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT SHALL I DO?

If you forgot your PIN, enter the wrong PIN three times and block your account. Re-activate the application by entering the username and password from the SmartHALK eBank application, after which you will assign a PIN to continue using the SmartHALK mBank application.

I ENTERED WRONG PIN A NUMBER OF TIMES AND MY ACCOUNT IS NOT ACTIVE ANY MORE, WHAT SHALL I DO?

If you enter the wrong PIN three times, the system will block the account. Re-activate the application by entering the username and password to access the SmartHALK eBank application, after which you will assign a PIN to continue using the SmartHALK mBank application.
