on information system changes in period from 14th -19th February 2024

HALKBANK a.d. Belgrade will be in process of changeing of its information system from 14th to 19th February 2024.

New information system will enable us to provide more innovative and higher quality products as well as faster service in the coming period. Although we have taken all necessary measures to avoid difficulties during the process of changing of the information system, they may still occur, therefore we thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. On Wednesday, February 14th 2024, Branches and Subbranches of HALKBANK a.d. Beograd will shorten working hours and will operate until 2pm, while the foreign currency orders will be accepted until 12pm. On Thursday, 15th February and Friday, 16th February, Branches and Subbranches of HALKBANK a.d. Belgrade will be closed. Starting from Monday, February 19th, 2024, all Branches and Subbranches will operate according to standard working hours. 

Since the process of changes will happen during holiday days, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself in detail with following information:

Retail Clients:

1) SmartHALK eBanking and SmartHALK mBanking applications will not be available for use in the period from Wednesday, 14th February 2024 from 6pm until Monday, 19th February. In this period, due to above mentioned reasons, you won't be able to initiate payments through these applications as well as to convert funds from foreign currencies. Payment orders in dinar currency initiated until Wednesday, February 14th until 6pm as well as foreign currency payment orders initiated until Wednesday, February 14th until 3 pm will be realized on the same day, however all inflows that you expect in the period from Wednesday, February 14th from 6pm until Monday, February 19th, 2024, will be available at your account starting from 19th February 2024.

2) The possibility of payment with debit and credit cards as well as payments with all digital wallets will not be interrupted and will run smoothly in the country and abroad, with special note that it is necessary that you provide a sufficient amount of funds at your dinar account to which the card is tied, latest by 14th February 2024, for the spendings that you plan until Monday, February 19th 2024. Funds at the foreign account that is tied to the payment card will not be available for use during this specified period. In case that you need foreign currency funds in cash, we invite you to visit the Branch/Subbranch latest by Wednesday, 14th February 2024 until 2pm.

All transactions registered as international spending or international cash withdrawals, will be calculated at the bank's selling exchange rate, when posting, unless at the time of posting there are sufficient available funds in the foreign currency account tied to the debit payment card.

3) The possibility of withdrawing funds from all Bank ATMs will run smoothly. Money payment at HALKBANK a.d. Beograd ATMs will not be possible for all types of cards, in the period from Wednesday, February 14th, from 6 pm to Monday, February 19th until 08am.

4) Viber and SMS messages that will arrive on your registered mobile phone number in the Bank's communication system, in the period from February 14th from 6pm to February 19th, 2024, will show information only on the available balance in dinar current account.

Legal entities:

1) Electronic and mobile banking applications (SmartHALK Pro eBanking, SmartHALK Pro mBanking, OfficeBanking-Asseco, PersonalEbank-Halcom) will not be available for use in the period from Wednesday, 14th February 2024 from 6pm until Monday, 19th February 2024. In this period, due to above mentioned reasons, you won't be able to create and send payment orders through these applications. Payment orders in dinar currency initiated until Wednesday, February 14th until 6pm as well as foreign currency payment orders initiated until Wednesday, February 14th until 3 pm will be realized on the same day, however all inflows that you expect in the period from Wednesday, February 14th from 6pm until Monday, February 19th, 2024, will be available at your account starting from 19th February 2024.

2) The possibility of payment with debit and credit cards as well as payment with all digital wallets will not be interrupted and will run smoothly in the country and abroad.

3) The possibility of withdrawing funds from all Bank ATMs will run smoothly in this period.
