You can apply for SmartHALK eBank service in any HALKBANK branch.

SmartHALK eBank application does not require activation. You can log in and authorize transactions using your SmartHALK mBanking application and the mToken option.

To log in to the SmartHALK eBank application, open the SmartHALK mBanking application and select the mToken option. Depending on the selected login method (mToken or QR code), use the mToken option to either scan the QR code generated in the eBank application or enter the mToken serial number and OTP code in the appropriate fields.

Transaction authorization is performed using your SmartHALK mBanking application and one of the following methods: PUSH, QR code, or mToken code.

  • If you select the PUSH method, a PUSH notification will be sent to your mBanking application, which you use to approve access to eBanking.
  • If you select the QR code method, open the mBanking application and choose the mToken option. Scan the QR code generated in the eBank application to approve access.
  • If you select the mToken method, open the mBanking application and choose the mToken option. Enter the mToken serial number and OTP code displayed in the mBanking application into the appropriate fields in the eBank application.
