On October 3rd, 2025, HALKBANK a.d. Belgrade signed a new Financing Agreement with the Serbian Foundation for Entrepreneurship (SEF).

According to the aforementioned Agreement, HALKBANK a.d. Belgrade will provide medium and long-term loans intended for small and medium-sized enterprises, in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, except for Belgrade and Novi Sad.

During the period of the COVID pandemic, HALKBANK a.d. Belgrade has already provided lending opportunities to small and medium-sized enterprises through previous cooperation with SEF. With the newly signed program supported by SEF, HALKBANK a.d. Belgrade became one of the two banks that were offered the possibility of financing within the mentioned scheme, which made HALKBANK a.d. Belgrade continues to play a leading role in supporting sustainable growth and investment opportunities in the sector.

In addition to all of the above, HALKBANK a.d. Belgrade also maintains cooperation with other financial institutions such as EFSE.
