Due to the upcoming holidays, the Bank’s branches and sub-branches will operate with adjusted working hours in the coming days, as follows:

- On Wednesday, 31 December 2025, branches will operate on reduced working hours until 1:00 p.m. The Bank will accept foreign payment orders and allocate incoming foreign currency payments no later than 12:00 noon, both in paper form and via electronic and mobile banking, in order for such transactions to be processed and executed on the same day. All orders submitted after the above-mentioned time will be processed starting from the first following business day, i.e. Monday, 5 January 2026.

Domestic payments via eBanking and mBanking may be executed until 6:00 p.m., regardless of the amount, while payment orders marked asINSTANT up to RSD 300,000 will be executed throughout the day on 31 December 2025.

- On Thursday, 1 January, as well as Friday, 2 January 2026, branches and sub-branches will not operate. Execution of domestic payments via eBanking and mBanking up to RSD 300,000, marked as INSTANT, will be available through the IPS system of the National Bank of Serbia.
