To get a PIN code and activate your payment card, it is necessary to initiate activation by sending an SMS message as follows:

1. By sending an SMS message with a text REG password (password – represents your secret word which needs to be between 5 and 10 caracters long) to number 3131, after which you will immediatly recieve message of sucessful creating of the password.

1. By sending an SMS message with a text DAJ pseudo6 password (pseudo6 – represents the last 6 digits of the 16-digit pseudo number which is located on the back of your card) to number 3131.

From the moment of recieving the PIN code, your card is active and after the activation, first transaction must be done by putting the card into the POS terminal or ATM.

In case of forgetting the PIN code, and in order to define a new one, please visit our nearest branch.

The total price per sent SMS message is 5 RSD+VAT+price of a standard SMS message.
